Sorrow turns out to be not a state but a process...Grief is like a long valley, a winding valley where any bend may reveal a totally new landscape.
C.S. Lewis

Time and time again, experience has shown me that life is full of uncertainties and challenges. It can be complicated and painful to process any kind of grief and to lose sight of who we are in the world. The loss of a loved one can be devastating. Losing a job, the breakdown of a relationship, financial difficulties and other losses can feel overwhelming. Anxiety, depression, lack of motivation, and feeling trapped or isolated are but a few of the ways in which we respond to the complexities of life. Traumatic events, in particular, can have an enormous impact on the way in which we try to survive. I can help you to explore such responses, to build a greater sense of self-awareness shaped by a genuine search for connection.
