Sorrow turns out to be not a state but a process...Grief is like a long valley, a winding valley where any bend may reveal a totally new landscape.
C.S. Lewis

Time and time again, experience has shown me that life is full of uncertainties and challenges. It can be arduous and painful to process grief and our sense of mortality. Other losses, such as the loss of a job or identity, can be devastating.  Anxiety, depression, lack of motivation, and feeling trapped or isolated are but a few of the ways in which we respond to the complexities of life. Traumatic events, in particular, can have an enormous impact on the way in which we try to survive. I can help you to explore such responses, to build a greater sense of self-awareness shaped by a genuine search for meaning.
